Pop Star Lady Gaga is expected to be out of commission for six months, a source close to the pop star reveals.
The superstar was forced to cancel her “Born This Way Ball Tour” at a cost of $25 million because of a hip injury.
She went into surgery on Wednesday.
“Going in for surgery now. Thank you so much for sending me love and support. I will be dreaming of you,” she tweeted.
Gaga knew she had a hip problem for awhile but as the saying goes, “The show must go on.”
A source from Rumorfix says, “She didn’t want to disappoint all her fans. She feels bad that she had to cancel her tour, but she also knows she needs a break.”
The singer is expected to be healed and back on stage in August — in time for her next album release.
