Trash! Brazilians Surveyed say Women in Revealing Clothes Deserve Rape

I’m not an advocate of women in scantily clad clothing that reveals their assets. But does that mean they deserve to be raped? Does anyone even deserve to be raped?

Well, the Brazilian government’s Institute of Applied Economic Research (IPEA) conducted a survey on this topic and majority responded “Yes.”

Out of the 3,810 male and female Brazilians who took the survey, about 2,480 of them – 65% – justified raping women who wear “clothing that shows off the body.” That’s not all. Almost 60% of the surveyed group agreed that “if women knew how to behave, there would be fewer rapes.”

I’m totally shocked at these responses, especially from a country like Brazil known for strict moral laws. I repeat, No one deserves to be raped, scantily clad or not. No one! If you are among the minority who think there’s ever a reason to justify rape then you don’t belong among humans. Think properly!

If u r not an advocate of skimpily dressed ladies, why do u term the research as ‘trash’? I cannot rape a woman FO̶̷̩̥̊͡Я any reason, but the truth be said, the way naija girls dress dis days is a major reason why rape is o_n the increase. Now hear this warning or prediction: by the year 2020, two out of every 10 girls in Nigeria would have been raped. Just watch!

Obviously their government wasn’t thinking when they decided to release that poll in the first place, but believe it or not – Brazil is the country where a lot of domestic violence happens.
